On May 9, 2019, on the occasion of the one-year anniversary of the resumption of diplomatic relations between China and Burkina Faso, the handover ceremony was held for the BOMBORE primary school in Burkina Faso, which was funded by the Chinese government and contracted by our company.

The ceremony was held at about 11 a.m. local time. The Chinese Ambassador to Burkina Faso, Secretary Luo Xiaokui, and Minister of National Education, Literacy and National Language Promotion of Burkina Faso , Stanislas Valo, and other Burkina Faso representatives attended the handover ceremony. At the ceremony, the mayor of Moktedo town, the principal of primary school and the Minister of education made speeches successively, thanking the Chinese government for building a demonstration primary school for Burkina Faso within less than a year of the resumption of diplomatic relations between China and Burkina Faso, and commending the construction quality and speed of Chinese enterprises.

Secretary Luo Xiaokui made a speech, warmly congratulating the official transfer of the BOMBORE primary school, sincerely thanking the parties concerned and the residents nearby for their support for the project construction, hoping that the teachers and students of Burkina Faso will enjoy learning and living in the new school buildings. The ceremony also included local peoples dance performances, key handover, ribbon cutting ceremony and donation of learning supplies, which pushed the ceremony to a climax.

The primary school is located in Moktedom town, more than 100 kilometers east of Ouagadougou, the capital of Burkina Faso. Because of the lack of school buildings and necessary teaching conditions, nearly 200 local students have to study under temporary thatched huts. After our company undertook the project, we carried out the on-site investigation and made a comprehensive construction plan immediately. The department officially entered on Dec. 10, 2018, and completed the project within 45 days with high quality, fully demonstrating the spirit of our company.
